September 9th 2016 marked a milestone for Thomas International Indonesia. More than 140 participants from more than 70 companies flooded the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta to attended Thomas Executive Forum 2016.
This year's theme was “Win The War of Talent: Identify, Manage & Develop Leadership Potential". One of the highlights that afternoon was the official launch of the Bahasa Indonesia version of Thomas High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI). Representatives from Thomas UK, Derek Redmond, Group Performance Director, Hein Jan Lapidaire, International Account Manager APAC, together with the Board of Directors of Thomas International Indonesia participated in this launch.
The event was kicked off with the welcoming remarks from Susanna Hartawan, Managing Director of Thomas International Indonesia. She shared the exciting news about HPTI, Thomas's new and latest tool. Hein Jan then went on to share about “High Potential: How to Spot, Manage & Develop Talented People”, explaining about HPTI and its Six Important Leadership Traits. Derek Redmond claimed the stage and inspired the audience with his “Powerful and Inspiring Story: Unleash Your Potential with P.R.I.D.E” which focused on his sporting career when he was an Olympic runner. Dr. Achmad S. Ruky, Senior Human Resource Management Practitioner, wrapped up the event by sharing his experience with the topic “Becoming a World Class and Ethical HR Professional”. The Thomas team and booth were swamped by representatives from multinational and national companies, all interested to know more about Thomas International and their new tools. The event was lively, fun and everyone felt enriched with new knowledge. Participants joined in the celebrations, which included a wifie competition and most walked away with door prizes.
