Website Update

The Software Team are planning to release a significant upgrade to our online software and services.

Service Outage

The upgrade is now confirmed for: Friday 19th January, 22:00 GMT to Midnight.

The outage affects the Thomas Hub and Assessments - we're not expecting an impact on the customer-facing website.

In this release:

• APM (Assessment Portal Manager) updates allowing us to help generate a new portal for the University of the Free State in South Africa.

• Hub Persistent Sessions - work towards the ability for us to make daytime deployments without affecting candidates.

• Integration enhancements including updates to SuccessFactors.

• Relocation of our local file storage system to the cloud, using geo redundancy so the data is stored in two sites helping making the hub more reliable and quicker.

• A range of defect fixes to the Thomas Hub and other services.
