Ian MacRae er organisasjonspsykolog, forsker og skribent. Han fullførte en BA Psychology ved University of British Columbia og fullførte sin MSc Research Methods i Psychology ved University College London i 2012.

Ian har vært organisasjonspsykolog og konsulent i mer enn 10 år og er leder og med-grunnlegger av High Potential Psychology Ltd. Hans første bok High Potential: How to Spot Manage and Develop Talented People at Work (Bloomsbury) ble utgitt i 2014. I likhet med John Ruskin, tror Ian at arbeid ikke handler om hva du kan få ut av det, men hva du blir gjennom det.
