Diagnostics is an expert assessment of your team that enables them to understand how to effectively work together. Particularly useful for senior leadership teams, the diagnostic will give you the tools to boost job satisfaction and morale and pinpoint any training or development needs. The result is an uplift in performance, reduced staff turnover and a team who will be primed to take your school to the next level.
