Thomas’ behavioural assessment Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) has been providing leading insights into workplace behaviours since 1981, helping thousands of organisations to make more accurate people decisions when recruiting and identifying where to maximise learning and development budgets.

In just 8 minutes, the PPA will provide an accurate insight into how people behave at work, answering questions such as: what are their strengths and limitations? How do they communicate? Are they self-starters? What motivates them? Once completed, the assessment provides instant access to 18 reports that support with: matching people to jobs, sifting CVs, managing, coaching, developing and training.

The latest reports added to the PPA portfolio, Talent Selection, Onboarding and Management Strengths, were released on 23rd October and have been developed specifically to add certainty to three core people processes. These brand-new reports will help organisations make more confident people decisions that will ultimately deliver successful results.

Talent Selection

Talent Selection will help you to quickly and confidently gain an understanding of the likely behavioural style and fit of a candidate including helping you to make more objective and informed recruitment decisions.
