It's official! Thomas is a 1* accredited organisation

"Under pressure, not all sports people are th...What's so scary about conflict at work?

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a 1* accreditation from Best Companies, which acknowledges excellence in the workplace.

The Best Companies Guide gives an independent view of employee engagement, with the rankings based on employee feedback on areas such as wellbeing, leadership and personal growth. Only companies rated 'Very Good' are awarded a 1* accreditation and we were thrilled to be amongst the lucky few.

But what makes us stand out from the crowd when it comes to employee motivation and fulfilment?

The culture at Thomas is one which celebrates successes and values each individual. We are dedicated to developing our people and encourage them to contribute their ideas and initiatives. This transparent and collaborative environment is reflected in our accreditation.

Our CEO and Chairman Martin Reed said of the news, "With a recent ILM survey stating that 37% of workers plan to leave their current job this year, we are delighted to announce our Best Companies star rating. We are very proud of our levels of employee engagement at Thomas, so it's great to have this recognised. Our staff are dedicated to their work and to driving our business forward and our accreditation is down to each and every one of them. We are also pleased to announce that we have been beta testing our own engagement tool for the last 3 months. If you'd like to find out more, speak to your Thomas consultant or call us on 01628 475 366."
