As International MD, Keith is accountable for the global functions of Marketing, Psychology, Technology, Enterprise and Thomas’ international partners.
Keith brings optimism and enthusiasm to the team and is able to convince others of his vision and spur them on to reach that goal. He is invaluable as a generator of team spirit and is able to influence the mood and motivation of the team. Keith is strong-willed and prepared to take risks in order to achieve the best results.
With 30 years of experience in blue chip companies, including Mars Confectionery, PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble, Keith was looking for a new challenge and joined Thomas in 2016. He has a passion for helping people to develop and wanted to move away from selling products and towards improving people’s lives. Keith uses the many lessons from those who have inspired him in his life and is determined to share these with Thomas clients. He promotes ‘can-do’ attitudes, progression, change and challenge and is demotivated when people put unnecessary hurdles in the way.
Originally from Liverpool, Keith studied Economics at the University of Leeds and has lived in Buckinghamshire for 13 years with his wife and three children. He regularly plays a variety of sports and can be heard presenting a radio show on Marlow FM every Wednesday.
