In this workshop, you will:

  1. Develop self-awareness of your own behaviours, the strengths and challenges of your behavioural profile and how your behavioural choices may affect those around you
     
  2. Be able to recognise the behaviours of others, adapt and modify your own style accordingly and therefore, cultivate more effective relationships
     
  3. Discover what motivates you and those around you and the relationship between our motivations and our behaviours
     
  4. Understand the basics of the DISC theory and how to recognise different behavioural profiles
