Our Conflict Management' workshop defines what conflict is, the negative impact unresolved conflict can have on teams and effective ways to combat it so you can proactively improve team performance. During the workshop, delegates will uncover their preferred communication style and how to recognise that of others, their personal conflict triggers, the role of emotions in conflict and how to successfully manage conflict.

Who should attend?

People looking to improve their ability to manage conflict, either for themselves or within their team/business. You do not need to be trained in any of the core tools to attend this workshop, however you will be asked to complete a PPA prior to the course.
