A 2017 CareerBuilder survey found that 70% of employers now use social media to screen potential hires. Beyond trawling through personal photos or the latest videos they’ve shared, though can be useful to understand what interest or intrigues somebody, social platforms can be an invaluable recruiting tool – to post and promote job openings, communicate the culture of your company and develop conversations and buy-in for potential candidates.
