Dr. Antonio Pangallo is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at City University London. He is also the Lead for External Partnerships helping to bridge the gap between academia and practice. He convenes two modules on the MSc Organisational Psychology programme (Learning, Training and Development and Professional Skills) and lectures on the postgraduate research methods module.
Antonio is a reviewer for the journal Psychological Assessment and has research interests in the field of psychometrics and employee resilience. In particular, he has more recently developed an innovative approach to the assessment and development of resilience in the workplace.
Antonio has worked predominately in the learning and development domain in a wide range of roles across private sectors within IT, financial services, media and hospitality. Antonio has also had involvement with the National Offender Management Service piloting a new programme targeting recidivism through faith based practices. He has spent considerable time working on a number of projects for International Non-Governmental Organisations including the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Medical Emergency Relief International and Catholic Agency for Overseas Development.
