PAC
A one-to-one assessment of your talent, giving you the expert opinion you need to lead and manage your people better, boost morale and retention - and pinpoint development needs.
Managing your leadership and front line management team is a challenge many business leaders face. But ensuring they have the right skills to recruit and manage their own people effectively can be just as difficult.

Get it right and you’re delivering on all your targets. Get it wrong and your effectiveness is diluted – and there’s a risk of low morale, staff turnover and higher recruitment costs.

But many businesses just don’t have the expertise in-house to identify where their talent needs support. Thomas’ Personal Assessment Centre (PAC) has been specifically designed to provide an expert, one-to-one assessment of your talent. Conducted by one of Thomas’ senior facilitators, the PAC lasts for two hours and assesses the key behaviours, aptitudes and abilities of your people and is followed by an in-depth interview.

The results are presented in an interview summary, recommended training and detailed report which will enable you to answer a range of questions, including:
  • Does this person show leadership potential?
  • What are this person’s strengths and limitations?
  • How strong are this person’s leadership skills?
  • Where does this person need support to improve their people management abilities?
  • How will this person respond to development?
A Personal Assessment Centre will give you the expert second opinion you need to boost your people management capabilities, pinpoint development needs and recruit the right people.
