QA Tester/Manager - WITNEY

We are a well established IT company with a highly sophisticated web based application providing these people assessments. The system allows candidates to undertake a variety of assessments within a web browser and has a series of powerful administrative functions for analysing and reporting on the information provided.

We now wish to build a permanent testing team which will over time take on full responsibilities for QA and set out the testing procedures and strategy to be followed by the rest of the company.

This new role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced tester to evolve their skills and career. Applicants need to possess the skills, character and necessary strengths to move towards encompassing the strategic and managerial side of testing. The role will include system set-up, fault replication and analysis, testing of software fixes, management and other testers, designing test plans and working with the developers and other departments to resolve issues.
