The role is commissioned based, with a basic salary of £20,000 and the opportunity to earn up to £30,000 in the first year of employment. In later years the possibility to earn £40,000-45,000 is realistic; there are also career development opportunities for this role.

An opportunity has arisen within our successful Marlow team for an individual who is focused on enabling Thomas clients to get the very best from the services we offer.

The role is office based therefore there is a need for high levels of communication both written and verbally. Telephone manner will be instrumental in establishing the successful candidate as part of the Thomas team. 

The Client support role within Thomas concentrates on developing opportunities and increasing service levels with existing clients. You will need to assist clients in using the entire Thomas solution and offer them support and assistance with their own interpretation and utilisation of our suite of assessments.

The individual required for this role will need to be friendly, confident, persistent and agile.  There is often the need to multi task to ensure the needs of your own clients and those of other team members are being fulfilled, so the ability to prioritise workload and ensure consistency of delivery is essential. The ability to build sustainable, fulfilling relationships with both clients and other team members is an important part of the role. The position would suit a very peoples focused individual who enjoys team participation.

Approximately 90% of the successful candidate’s time will be spent on the telephone, with existing clients. There are opportunities for career progression to Client development consultant if there is evidence of sales ability.

We have an exciting opportunity to expand our team with an experienced client trainer.

The role will involve the delivering of training courses across our suite of assessment tools for our clients, as well as, designing in house events for clients around the product offering, working in conjunction with other members of the training team, consultants and the client.

As a client trainer you will also be expected to liaise with consultants regarding any potential sales opportunities arising from the events that you facilitate.

Ideally you have some business to business solution-led sales experience. Alternatively you may have experienced success in internal sales and wish to move into field work. If you are currently in HR and a user of our products, we would also like to hear from you. 

You will initially gain experience from our highly regarded consultants and management and receive extensive training. Many senior consultants are considered experts in their field and all senior sales and management have risen through the ranks. After training you will be ready to begin building your own client base, who will expect high levels of service led by you and other team members with whom you will be working with closely.

Thomas International prides itself on offering clients an excellent range of products and face-to-face contact with our Account Executives, in the field. The new vacancies we have are due to the success of our continuous business growth.

If you enjoy autonomy and are a self-starter, looking for a role that requires a challenge, then Thomas would like to hear from you. You will need to be an active part of a regional team that offers you support and advice.

We offer a good basic, plus commissions, plus bonuses and if you prove successful, your earnings can rise to 60-70k. During your first year, when you are building your client base, earnings are likely to be in the region of 28-30k.
