The Thomas Assessment Site is being upgraded, specifically with client input, to offer you an easier, smoother and more intuitive way of managing your assessments and reporting.

The upgrade will go live June 18th, with a new name for the site: Thomas Hub, to better reflect its role at the center of your assessment and reporting management.

The Thomas system will be going offline to prepare for this launch on Saturday, June 16th at 9am EST until Sunday June 17th at 1pm EST.

This upgrade is part of Thomas' ongoing commitment to innovation and investment in the assessment space. The new Thomas Hub will add value for you and your business, improving the way you manage and develop your staff and helping you find the right people for the right roles.
 

New Features:

Created with your input, the upgraded site is more intuitive, streamlined and easy to use. Some of the new features include:


Goodness of Fit is now Star Rating:

Reports and modules that used the Goodness of Fit metric, like the Job Comparison report and Team Audit report, will now use a Star Rating for displaying a candidate’s fit to a job profile or a team’s fit to the ideal team profile. This new format is much more intuitive and aligns with well known rating scales that we all use every day. (ie. iTunes, Amazon, Best Buy, and Expedia)

Dashboards:

Each section will have a dashboard view of your latest candidates, assessments, jobs and teams that you are working with. Section dashboards help you find what you’re looking for faster.  

Tabbed Progress Bar:

Before sending out an assessment or creating a job or team profile, Thomas Hub will clearly display the steps required to complete the task. Once you begin the task the steps needed to complete it are shown in the tabbed progress bar. Being able to clearly see the steps you need to complete a task saves you time and makes you more effective.

Editable Email Template:

You are now able to create, customize, and save your own email templates. These can be used when sending assessments to candidates or employees, and even when sending reports to managers, candidates, or employees.

Easier Searching:

There is now better search functionality with more filtering options.

Help tab:

Every page on Thomas Hub now includes a Help? button on the top right hand corner of the page. By clicking this button you will be provided with a user guide for the specific task you are completing. The help tab saves you time by instantly putting relevant knowledge at your fingertips.

Updated Branding:

Reports have gone through a minor cosmetic update and now include our Thomas green and blue branding. In addition, client organizations can now add their company logo to the report. A sample of the updated report can be found here: Sample Report

What will happen to all the data on my current assessment account?

Everything on your current assessment account will be automatically transitioned over to your Thomas HUB account.


Will my login change?

No. Your existing login and password will give you access to the new Hub.


If I use Thomas assessment through my career site, custom integrations or other talent management applications (ie. Taleo) will anything change for me?

No, this upgrade is to the stand-alone Thomas Assessment System, now called Thomas Hub. You should not see any changes when using Thomas assessments through career site, custom integrations or other talent management applications.
