Over the last eight years Rod has helped companies all over the world with their people processes. Interviewing is one of the first areas to look at and the training and advice he provides is based upon proven scientific applications. Rod is a qualified expert in the following;

Rod also uses other systems including affinity diagrams, johari windows, enneagrams and Siang Mien (the ancient Chinese art of face reading) in order to help companies and individuals interview, recruit, retain, manage, appraise and develop their people.
Rod has trained many different types of individuals and businesses all over the world ranging from recruitment and people development advice for a well known Swedish motor manufacturer to interview techniques for a global packaging company. Rod has even helped members of the clergy with improving their team communication.
In 2006 Rod has appeared as the behavioral and interview specialist in a TV series entitled ‘Selling Yourself’, where Dragons Den meets The Apprentice. A series looking at how to make the most out of the interview process along with tips and guidance on how to land that dream job and what it takes to find the right person for that special role you are trying to fill. This exposure has produced over 8,500 enquiries from companies and individuals all over the world about the systems and techniques he uses.
