Thomas PPA Certification Training Workshop (2-Day)

This course teaches the mechanics of the Thomas PPA System, what it can do for employees and businesses. It explains the background and theory to the system and the terminology used. It equips employers with practical skills such as how to read a Thomas PPA profile, give feedback to candidates and modify behavior to better manage teams. The workshop teaches employers how and when to use the assessments and the benefits of using the reports.

Thomas PPA User Workshop (1-Day)

This course is similar to the Certification Training but also equips employers with skills such as how to read a Thomas PPA and Thomas HJA profile, review PPA points in an interview, give feedback to candidates, how and when to use the assessments and the benefits of using the report.

Thomas Aptitude & Ability Workshop

This course trains employees to administer Thomas' 2 aptitude and ability tests: Tests for Selection and Training (TST). The course gives a detailed overview of the tests themselves (the administration, how they are scored and how to interpret scores) what they measure (e.g. fluid intelligence), their applications (history and development) and the benefits if using them. It also explains how the tests can benchmark people in the organization (using case studies).

Thomas Team Audit Workshop

This course allows employers to better understand Thomas Team Auditing and create a productive team culture. The course reviews ideal and actual team culture, team roles and when to use the Thomas Team Audit.
