Behavioral Benchmarking of Top Performers
Thomas Behavioral Benchmarking allows employers to clone their best performers by identifying the behavioral qualities and capabilities of those who perform well. Thomas Benchmarking is done through completion of the Thomas PPA and helps companies retain employees and maintain high performance standards.
A Thomas Behavioral Benchmarking process produces with three components:
Coaching & Managing Summary
This summary is typically given to people who manage or lead any person included in the benchmark. It helps the managers and leaders to understand why each person in their team behaves the way they do and coaches them to respond accordingly.
Family Profiles
In the section headed "Statistical and Detailed Analysis" the employer is provided with all of the family profiles, ranked in order of best performance using the following criteria:
- Top performers
- Most fully acceptable performers
- Least to most poor performers
- In addition, the percentage of poor performers is identified
Goodness of Fit
Once the profiles of top, acceptable and poor performers have been identified and a Benchmark established, the DISC Graph of the top performers is compared with the candidate’s Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) to determine the Goodness of Fit with the candidate’s job or team.
