The Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) was first launched in the United States in 1972. Thomas International was founded in 1981 in Marlow, England. Since then, Thomas has expanded to over 60 countries. With 300 Sales Consultants servicing over 19,500 web-based clients worldwide, Thomas is recognized internationally as a leading provider of on-demand behavioral assessment tools used to recruit, develop and retain top talent. Today, over one million Thomas assessments are completed each year in 33 distinct languages (63 including language variants).
