Psychometric Assessment
Our flagship product is the Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) a psychometric work style inventory that provides an insight into how people behave at work answering questions such as – What are their strengths and limitations? Are they self-starters? How do they communicate? What motivates them?

PPA is a 24-item, self-completion, multi-scale instrument that takes around 7-8 minutes to complete. It has received a Certificate of Registration from the British Psychological Society (BPS) to confirm it meets all psychometric requirements for use as a psychological assessment tool.

The History of PPA
PPA is designed around the four factor model of workplace behaviour. The history of four factor models of assessment is grounded in the psychological theory of sensing, intuition, thinking and feeling developed in the 1920s by Carl G Jung in his book The Psychological Types.

It was in 1928 that William Moulton Marston highlighted in his book, Emotions of Normal People the types D = Dominance, I = Inducement, S = Submission and C = Compliance (DISC) as types of behavioural response to a perceived friendly or hostile environment. The types as interpreted Thomas for use in the PPA are:
D = Dominance, I = Influence, S = Steadiness, C = Compliance
