Define the Ideal Personality Type of the Job
The Thomas International Human Job Analysis (HJA) allows hiring managers and recruiters to assess the candidate’s unique behavioral preferences and rank this personality profile against the ideal behavioral requirements (or personality type) of the job. The Thomas HJA is a key component of Thomas International’s Behavioral Recruiting Talent Development and Workforce Retention process.
The Thomas HJA:
- Allows employers and recruiters to identify the ideal behavioral characteristics (personality) of the job
- Provides a list of adjectives describing the ideal behavioral characteristics of the role for inclusion in job descriptions
- Can be used in conjuction with the Thomas PPA to assess the behavioral preferences of candidates for the job
- Ranks candidates according to their Goodness of Fit with the ideal behavioral profile of the job
- Is available on-demand
The Result is a Robust Job Behavioral Profile
The Thomas Human Job Analysis produces a Job Behavioral Profile with three components:
- The Job’s DISC Graph: outlining the ideal behavioral profile (personality) for the job. Buttons above and below the graph can be used to modify the four DISC factors to effectively fine tune the Job Behavioral Profile
- Job Behavioral Demands: is a list of adjectives describing the ideal behavioral characteristics of the role
- Basic Combination: summarizes the key behavioral attributes of the job including basic traits, motivators and preferred communication style
