Merle Ballaigues

Merle joined Thomas in 1997 and currently manages Thomas operations in Canada and the United States. She has over 15 years of experience in corporate consulting and sales management and leads a team of senior Thomas consultants who support a wide variety of national and multi-national accounts across many industries. Merle regularly consults Thomas clients on development of their senior leadership teams as well as facilitating Thomas Job Benchmarking studies.
Merle has been instrumental in developing Thomas International's relationship with Taleo and has spoken at Taleo's customer conferences.
Prior to her role as President of Thomas International USA, Merle served as the Vice President, Business Development for Thomas International Management Systems. She holds a Teacher’s Certificate from the Natal College, South Africa and spent the early years of her career as a secondary school teacher. She has also studied at York University in Ontario, Canada.
