Aggie currently serves as President of Thomas International Management Inc and President of Thomas International America LLC. In addition to serving as a Distributor in the United States, Aggie is responsible for Thomas International’s Latin America operation which includes Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, Colombia, Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean.
Aggie joined Thomas International in 1993 with the launch of the Company’s operations in Brazil. He has been a Management Consultant for 30 years and throughout his career he has specialized in Business Psychology. Prior to joining Thomas, he worked with Proudfoot Consulting as Training Director. While with Proudfoot he completed over 100 engagements throughout Latin America with companies such as ABB, Lucent Technologies, Citibank, IBM, Union Carbide, Unibanco and Hering.
Aggie studied economics at The Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM) and business at the Santa Ursula University in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). While in the Army, he was a jungle survival trainer.
