Personal Assessment Centres (PAC)
Thomas' PAC (Personal Assessment Centre) is based on a two hour interview tests battery followed by an in-depth interview. The recruitment assessment centre takes the form of behavioural assessment and a battery of interview tests.
Interview testing allows you to build a very complete and clear picture of a candidate. Using employment assessment also enables you to assess people already working for you for management and leadership potential.
As part of the recruitment assessment the candidate is interviewed and appraised with feedback given. Feedback consists of their strengths, limitations, work style, abilities, self awareness and 'fit' to organisational standards. Once employment assessment has been completed a report is prepared for the client organisation with outcomes from the behavioural assessment and interview tests.

A behavioural and employment assessment such as PAC is designed to:
