Patrick serves as Director of Thomas Technologies International and President of Thomas Services Canada. He is responsible for developing Thomas’ web strategy as well as sourcing partnership opportunities for on-demand distribution of Thomas International’s behavioral assessment offering. Prior to taking on his business development role, Patrick was responsible for developing and implementing Thomas’ consumer-focused assessment product suite.

Prior to joining Thomas in 2002, Patrick worked with VRG Capital, a Toronto-based merchant bank, where he served as an internal consultant advising on strategy, finance and capital repatriation. Prior to joining VRG Capital, Patrick worked in business development for Celestica, a global provider of contract electronics manufacturing services.

 

Patrick has 18 years experience consulting and raising capital for international non-government organizations. He has worked in England, Guyana, Ecuador and India for a variety of agencies including CARE Canada, Street Kids International and the Tata Group. He has served as a director and advisor to several youth-serving organizations including Serve Canada, Project C.A.N.O.E. and the Pine River Institute.

 

Patrick holds a BA in Sociology from Queen’s University (Canada) and MBA in International Management from the University of Exeter (UK).
