Thomas are currently recruiting for a new internal sales team and are looking for new graduates, individuals with previous telesales experience or highly commercially aware people of any age to join in this exciting new initiative.  Coming in at the creation of this team you will have the opportunity of making a huge contribution with excellent earnings prospects.

 

 

The job: You will be seeking new SME clients with whom to grow our psychometric assessment business, promoting and selling our products as a solution to their 'people' needs. Our online products will assist your clients in the recruitment and development of their staff and teams.

 

What we're looking for: You should be an assertive self-starter with a good commercial background and/or direct sales experience. Self disciplined and able to build relationships. Product and sales training provided.
