Personal Profile Analysis (PPA)
Thomas’ Personal Profile Analysis enables people to become more aware of their work style. Only by improving their self awareness will they have the means to consolidate their working strengths and compensate for their behavioural limitations.
The Thomas software system produces a variety of reports based on an individual's scores in the PPA. Reports are also available relating an individual to a profile for a Job.

Sifting
Search and select is a free report that enables you to match people to jobs or jobs to people, using information provided by PPA and Job Profile. A fantastic sifting tool it highlight a person’s goodness of fit to a role.
Team Profiling
The team profiling report shows in clear graphical format the behavioural preferences of each individual within the team, the role each person plays and what they bring to the team. It enables people to understand what makes their colleagues ‘tick’. It builds mutual understanding, co-operation and open communication.
Thomas360 Questionnaire
Thomas 360 is an easily accessible, web based tool that gives objective and honest feedback from a range of people within the organisation such as peers, line managers or even team members and outside such as clients or suppliers. The 360 report presents a complete and informed picture of a person.
Aptitude and Ability Testing
An aptitude assessment measures a person’s fluid intelligence – how quickly they can learn and retain new skills and procedures. Aptitude tests are an accurate and reliable predictor of a person’s development potential.
