Thomas' PAC (Personal Assessment Centre) is based on a two hour interview tests battery followed by an in-depth interview.
The recruitment assessment centre takes the form of behavioural assessment and a battery of interview tests.

As part of the recruitment assessment the candidate is interviewed and appraised with feedback given.  Feedback consists of their strengths, limitations, work style, abilities, self awareness and 'fit' to organisational standards.  Once employment assessment has been completed a report is prepared for the client organisation with outcomes from the behavioural assessment and interview tests.
 
The PAC includes the following interview tests:
 
Aptitude and Ability - Tests for Selection and Training (TST) or General Intelligence Test (GIA)
