Thomas TST Bureau Service
Thomas Tests for Selection and Training (TST), a pencil-and-paper-based test, is an aptitude and ability assessment. The TST is an accurate and reliable way to predict a person’s development potential – how quickly they can learn and retain new skills and procedures.
The Thomas TST Bureau Service aims to assess an individual’s learning ability in order to facilitate recruitment and internal staff promotions. Each session runs for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
