Nike uses the Thomas PPA in the Southeast Asian region, not mainly in the pre-selection process, but to build awareness among individuals about their behavioural preferences. The Thomas PPA has helped us learn how to better manage and work with our colleagues, and is applied across all levels within the organisation. We debrief all involved individuals, especially during team building events and activities, to help them better understand each other, in an environment outside of work that can also be translated to the workplace.
I personally find the Thomas PPA easy to administer while the results can be interpreted easily.

Thomas International's PPA team compatibility and profiling was of fantastic use to the entire TM HSBB PMO team, and especially to the HSBB PMO Leadership. The assessment and subsequent debriefing based on our results (both as a whole group and through smaller working teams) allowed us to better understand each other's personal working style, and strengthened on our already strong team bond.
The assessment helped strengthen and improve the interpersonal interaction among our most valuable assets - our people.
