Thomas General Intelligence Assessment (GIA/TST)
Thomas General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) measures a person’s mental horsepower. By understanding how quickly a person can learn and retain new skills and procedures, you will have a reliable prediction of their development potential.
The results of Thomas GIA tell you how quickly an individual will pick up a new job role, how rapidly they can learn and react to new procedures and how well they will respond to training.
Delivered online through Thomas GIA or in a supervised paper and pencil format through Thomas TST, these assessments provide answers to questions including:
* Can this person think on their feet?
* How adaptable is this person to change?
* Can they cope with the mental demands of the job?
* Could this person be a high flyer?
* Is this person a problem solver?
* To what extent can we develop this person using training?
Use these assessments to help your organisation adapt to change, reduce staff turnover, improve performance, manage effectively, and improve communication.

Note that the Tests for Selection and Training (TST) is a paper and pencil test while the GIA is completed online, however both measure a person's fluid intelligence.
