The Thomas PPA Accreditation Programme is a three day course that explores how PPA can benefit your business and your team.  It will equip you with practical skills such as how to read a PPA profile, how to give feedback to candidates, how you can modify your behaviour to manage your team and how and when to use the assessments. 

The course will also certify participants to apply and administer the Thomas Human-Job Analysis (HJA), enabling them to facilitate the creation of behavioural job profiles.

Thomas PPA-HJA Refresher Course

Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) and Human-Job Analysis (HJA) are two methodologies used to measure human compatibility for performance enhancement.

The Thomas PPA-HJA Refresher Course aims to help participants update their PPA and HJA knowledge and expertise for applications in recruitment, staff motivation, re-deployment, job realignment, training needs analysis, team management, job migration and performance interview. 

This refresher course is complimentary for previously certified users who are able to produce a copy of the Thomas PPA Accreditation certificate as proof.
