The Thomas PAC is based upon a two hour test battery followed by an in-depth interview.

The assessment centre takes the form of:

  • Setting standards to meet organisational needs for your own organisation.
  • Testing and correlating results.
  • Interview, appraise and counsel the candidate.
  • Feedback to the candidate of their strengths, limitations, style, abilities, self-awareness and 'fit' to organisational standards.
  • Complete assessment and prepare report for the client organisation.
