Social Responsibility

Thomas identifies on an annual basis individuals from the under developed areas for training and development purposes and transferring of skills. We also offer our Systems to certain schools and training institutions as well as community based Non-Profit Organisations at substantially reduced prices as part of our commitment to releasing the talent of all people in the building of a new society.

We have established a joint venture with the Umsobomvu Youth Fund to help school leavers with career planning.

Internally, we select on an annual basis, a school leaver from a disadvantaged background and train them in our organisation either to develop a career with us or to be equipped to enter the business world with international experience.
