One of the biggest problems companies face today is high turnover rates. While some turnover can be positive, a high rate can cripple productivity and lower sales. Whether turnover is a result of transfer or job termination many companies are looking for a solution to help find the right employees for the right positions.
 
According to data from the 2002 Canadian Community Health Survey, 1.3 million Canadians are unhappy in their jobs; and unhappy employees leads to higher turnover. Margot Shields, an employee in the Health Statistics Division of Statistics Canada says “understanding what is behind these negative views would be helpful to both employees and their employers, given that many people spend a large share of their waking hours on the job.”
 
Many companies have now started to look into ways of finding an employee who behaviorally fits their job position.
